Pre-Extend is formulated for clients with oily eyelids. Pre-Extend primes and preps the natural lashes for a lasting bond. Not recommended for sensitive clients.
It works by thoroughly removing all proteins, oils, make-up residue, and other debris from the natural lashes, creating a completely clean lash for a better bond. With normal cleaning, some oils and small particles remain on the lashes.
